Author, Andrew Branham has been all over the place lately! First, his new book/memoir is now out in paperback! Just in time for your holiday gift giving. Know how you know the readers on your holiday will love this book? It hit Amazons #1 Best Selling Memoir in the #LGBT category that’s how! I also gave Andrew a 5 star review. Adoption for a gay couple with the desire to start a family shouldn’t be this hard. His story will make you laugh. cry and more. It also gives an in-depth look at just how broken our adoption system is in America. The best part of this book? A portion of the proceeds when you purchase this book will go back to other couples who can not afford to do so.

Now more news about Short Story writer and Author, J.A. Owenby. She has generated some awesome book buzz with both her e-books over on Amazon! TEARS In The Sun just has received 3 more 5 star reviews this month. This girl has a knack of weaving in important issues that effect many of teens and women today. She is currently working and writing on first featured novel due out this spring 2016. .
Jen has been featured on Awesome Gang Books Website! http://awesomegang.com/tears-in-the-sun/#more-314989 ..
She also was featured and Tears In The Sun has a wonderful book review below! I can not wait for her novel! She is an author to watch . . .
I read a wonderful kindle short story recently by J.A. Owenby about a girl whose mother has clear mental health issues. The story is not a lecture. It offers no diagnosis or cure. It instead depicts the struggle faced by its protagonist, a teenage girl named Lacey, and presents a very real and poignant picture of the frustration and ambiguity that can threaten to immobilize anyone a conflicted, ultimately chaotic predicament. It’s very short, only 99¢ when I downloaded it, and well worth the read. . . .

About The New E-book:
This book, a collection of short stories, is something different. During the past two years, while writing the three novels now published as E-books on Amazon.com/books, my mind was constantly plagued with fragments of ideas for short stories. Some were so demanding, I had to push aside the novel I was working on to write that particular short story. During these two years, I’ve written 48 short stories. The stories themselves are quirky extracts, partly from my own experiences and partly from people around me. Most have a surprising twist at the end, which probably confirms how I see life. I have enjoyed writing these real-life stories, albeit with a little bit of imagination thrown in to the mix . .
Vinnie has been featured on many Book Reader & Review websites as well. Here is one I’d liked and wanted to share it with my readers and followers. It’s why you need to grab your copy of Vinnie’s book and make it your weekend read!
An Interview With Vinnie Sorce, Author ~ After Dark Reading Nook.
|About The Author||
I am a writer, currently misplaced in Northern AZ. I grew in North Jersey.I’ve been writing for about ten years on and off. I’ve sold several short stories and articles and I have my blog. I’ve just recently self-published my first novel, Jersey Justice.
I have one child left who hasn’t escaped yet. I like to read, watch too much TV, wear my heart on my sleeve, and over examine situations that haven’t occurred yet.
Oh, and I eventually want to save the world, but lack of super powers are making that a difficult job.
|Have you always wanted to be a writer? Why?||
I always loved the thought of being a writer, but never imagined actually doing it. One day I saw an ad on Craigslist for short stories and I thought, what the heck. I submitted and it was bought. That lit my spark again.Then I wrote the book and couldn’t find a publisher or agent. Several years passed and self-publishing became so easy that it was time to take another shot.
So I did!
