I still remember where I was…

We were still living in Southern Oregon when 9/11 happened. I’d just got out of the shower getting ready to go to work. I had the TV on listening to CNN as I got ready and breaking news came on. They were saying a plane had just flown into the world trade center. So I came out of the bathroom and was fixed to the TV.

A few seconds later I watched the horror unfold as the second plane came as CNN is on air and BAM! The plane slammed into the next tower. I stood in front of the TV in shock! I could NOT believe what I just saw happen in real time!!!  I just stood there feeling sick and numb at the same time. So, NO, I like many, many people will never forget what happened that day on 9/11/2001…
